The 3to5 club is a community of entrepreneurs that provide pragmatic tools centered around the concept of building a business that reaches maturity and is self-sustained within 3 to 5 years – whilst working less hours and supporting an ideal lifestyle.
The culmination of the clubs came about the realization that business owners subconsciously allow the business to make the rules, and in doing so, turns the owner into an employee. As a result, the business becomes void of values such as time or significance.
Company owner, Chuck Blakeman, emphasizes that the 3to5 clubs are constructive communities where members are allowed and encouraged to say, “I don’t know, or I don’t have it figured out” – without judgements or negative repercussions. The aim is to provide a comfortable environment for business owners to receive customized assistance, relative to the business’ problems in reaching the set goals.
Using tools such as Get Off the Treadmill, Re-HUMAN-izing the Workplace, the building blocks, FasTrak, OnTrak, First Fridays Focus, Apex profile, and Outside eyes – the club takes a holistic view to assess and improve: strengths and weaknesses, sales processes, networking, strategic plans, freedom mapping, and continuous learning.
If you are a business owner and want to know where you’re going, when you want to be there, how you’ll get there and what you need to do – then 3to5 Club invites you to be part of their networked communities to learn how to grow a mature, self-sustaining, and valuable business within 3 to 5 years.
